Advertisement Order Form for 2025-2026 LZHS Band School Year Concert Programs.  Here is where your sponsorship will be displayed:

  • The program advertisement will appear in both printed and digital forms and will contain your logo and contact information (phone number, email address).  This artwork will also be displayed on large advertisement posters positioned outside of the auditorium with each concert.
  • Your more detailed advertisement will display on our website and our programs and posters will have a QR code to connect our patrons to this information.

Ads and Artwork Submission Details
Ads can be sent in color or black and white and will appear no larger than 1/2 of a folded page or 4.25x5.5". JPEG file format preferred.  Include any expiration dates or coupon timeframes, if applicable.

Artwork file should be emailed to information@lakezurichbandboosters.com

Payment Method (for $150 sponsorship)
Send checks made payable to "Band Boosters of Lake Zurich" to the following address

If desired, we can stop by your business to collect your payment.  Just send an email to information@lakezurichbandboosters.com indicating your preference for a payment pickup.

Send Zelle payments to treasurer@lakezurichbandboosters.com.  Please include "Concert Program Ads" in the memo line so we can easily align your payment.
