Policy covers specific Footwear

BILLY Footwear warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer. The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. If a BILLY Footwear product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, BILLY Footwear will either issue a credit memo, repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. BILLY Footwear is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

Receiving Inspection

Shipping discrepancies including shortages, overages, wrong merchandise received or damaged goods MUST be reported to BILLY Footwear within thirty (30) days of receipt. Reports can be submitted to B2B_Operations@billyfootwear.com and should include details of the discrepancy and/or photos where applicable. Any shipping discrepancies reported after the thirty (30)-day period may not be eligible for resolution. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of BILLY Footwear.


Limited Warranty Policy Limitations

Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:

1. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase date by end user.
2. All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization.
3. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.
4. Every return is subject to a restocking fee of $3.50 per pair, dependent on condition of the physical shoes and packaging returned to us. The restocking fee will be waived if physical shoes and all packaging materials are returned to us in re-sellable condition, in the state they were received.

DISCLAIMER: The limited warranty relating to BILLY Footwear branded footwear is in lieu of any other express warranty. No employee or representative of BILLY Footwear has any authority to bind BILLY Footwear to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning BILLY Footwear branded footwear products, except as stated herein. BILLY Footwear shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental or punitive damages.
