2025 brings exciting new energy to both CABA and the Chatham Area.

Our Membership is growing and we are seeing renewed interest in local businesses. Storefronts are starting to fill back up, others are getting a facelift and the Shaker Museum has finally broken ground! Chatham is where its at!

At CABA, we’re all about celebrating what makes Chatham special — from its small businesses and creative community to its welcoming spirit and scenic charm. We bring together local shops, artists, and organizations to strengthen our economy, support each other, and invite visitors to discover everything Chatham has to offer — to live here, work here, and fall in love with this charming community we call home.

CABA is more than just street fairs.
In addition to hosting beloved events like Summerfest, Octoberfeast and Winterfest, we support student scholarships, organize special community programs, and promote Chatham through both print and digital campaigns.

We also collaborate with other local groups to energize the region’s cultural and economic life, and we advocate for policies that help small businesses thrive. Whether it’s through events, partnerships, or promotion, CABA is here to champion Chatham and the people who make it special.
