Binding precedent is the instrument that has been most responsible for the erasure of people's rights for generations, including the loss of checks and balances, erosion of family rights and the weakening of due process. "Precedent" turned the Supreme Court's historic ruling in Roe v. Wade into a weapon of mass destruction that has resulted in the premature deaths of untold millions of children. Even with the Dobbs decision partly overturning the ruling at the federal level, many states still hold to the notion of "precedent" as forbidding them to make any laws protecting the rights of the unborn. The problem with such interpretations is that binding precedent finds no support in the Constitution, whereas the right to life is supposed to be protected both at the State and the Federal level.

Amicus comes from Latin, meaning "friend". An amicus brief allows friends to join a lawsuit and testify with their own personal or expert testimony of the harms caused by a decision, act or precedent being challenged, and who have an interest in the case's outcome.
Defendant and Petitioner Seth Stewart has submitted a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court challenging binding precedent, since the only justifications for this practice are circular and therefore self-defeating, even though these decisions have been treated as though they had the force of law, resulting in the cruel instrumentality of Roe v. Wade and states' courts decision protecting a mythical right to kill unborn children and innumerable other injustices due to the erasure of checks and balances. Binding precedent has also been employed to evade the Constitutional guarantee of a jury trial in every criminal case and in all civil cases in controversies exceeding twenty dollars in value, triggering the challenge to the notion of "binding precedent".

Binding precedent is merely a euphemism for legislating from the bench, which violates the separation of powers. You can find the docketed supreme court petition here:
