ASAP Call to Artists

Thank you for your interest in showing and selling your art at Artists Stand Against Poverty. You may submit up to five works for consideration. All art will be juried, and as part of the jury process, art medium and your minimum/starting bid will be taken into account to ensure the auction has a broad range of art and price points.

Artists are paid 35% of the sale price of any of their sold works.

    Art Submissions - Max 5

    After you submit this form, you must send pictures of each submission to asap.entries@gmail.com. Photos must be JPEG files and should be named as “#_FullName.jpg” where # is the submission number and FullName is your first and last name (example: 1_LindsayPonta.jpg).     Submission Agreement

    All artists accepted into the show will be notified by email no later than April 30. All artwork accepted into the show must be delivered to LexArts between 10:00 a.m. and noon on May 17, the morning of the show. All artwork must be ready to display, including anything necessary such as framing, stands, etc., or it will not be displayed. Payment of 35% of the sale price of each piece sold will be mailed by check by May 30. If you have not received payment by June 5, please feel free to contact us. Any unsold works can be picked up the week after the event. Any works not picked up by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 23, will be handled as seen fit by the Council. Anyone whose artwork appears in the auction will receive one free ticket to the event. Additional tickets for family and friends can be purchased through the Council's website.
