IAR Sisters' Workout program "Wellness Through Fitness"

Wellness Through Fitness is a full body fitness program intended for all levels.

This low impact exercise class will help you: 
• Increase Strength
• Increase Stamina
• Improve Mood 
• Increase Energy 
• Improve Mobility 
• Improve Blood flow 
• Raise Heartrate

Time: 8 to 9 am (Saturdays) 
Age: 16+
Fee: $40  for 8 classes or $20 for 4 classes ! 
Dates are: 
Feb 25 
March 11 
March 18
(Ramadan break)
April 29
May 6
May 13
May 20
May 27

*Wear comfortable stretchy clothes.
*Bring your water bottle. 
*Get your workout mat / yoga mat. 
*Bring any weights/kettlebells you have 10lbs & under
*Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before class starts. 

* NO babysitting service available. 
Please don't bring your kids to the program.
