Join PNW Consortium on Microplastics Interest Groups
The Pacific Northwest Consortium on Plastics would like to invite you to join any of our Interest Groups by using this survey tool. The Interest Groups were cultivated throughout our working meeting in February 2020 and have expanded with additional topics from our recent teleconference. If you entered your preferences in the chat log during our call, I have your information; however, this is your opportunity to engage in some of the newly proposed Interest Groups. We have also noted that there will be some overlap with other standing committees so we will make every effort for those Interest Groups to ensure what we do is synergistic and complimentary to existing committees and working groups. This will be one of the first topics to address for each of the Interest Groups (e.g., where is the overlap with other efforts, can we gain a liaison from those groups to stay abreast of activities, how can we contribute to other efforts - we do not want to reinvent the wheel as that would add to tire debris in the environment 😉). Please fill out the following survey to indicate your preference on which groups you would like to participate in and please let us know if you would like to take a lead role in a particular Interest Group. If a lead has already been identified, they will be indicated below. We have several who have opted to co-lead which is entirely acceptable.
