Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

A $750 non-refundable deposit holds your spot. Final payment is due no later than February 15th, 2025, and is 100% non-refundable from payment date to departure date.

If you need to cancel for any reason after February 15, 2025 and we have someone on the wait list that can fill your spot, you will receive a full refund (minus deposit & transaction fees). If the retreat is canceled due to Costa Rica borders being closed to outside tourism, you will receive a credit towards a future retreat within one calendar year.

We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to cover the cost of any unforeseen circumstances.
