Goddess Festival '18: Vendors
A limited number of vendor spaces will be available in our community dining hall at $200.00 per space (approximately 6' x 8' with a removable cafeteria style table and attached benches included) for the 4 days of the festival (September 6-9, 2018), plus 1 item donation for a silent auction or raffle to benefit the Women's Spirituality Forum. Upon approval, all vendors agree to also register for the festival since it's designed to be an intentional community where everyone participates in the full experience (discounts are available, however, for early registration and groups).

The Vendor and dining hall will be open throughout the day, but most heavily visited during meal times, breaks, and before/after the evening rituals. Many vendors choose to use the honor system while participating in sessions, leaving their items out with a cash box and/or sign-in sheet for later follow-up. If you are accustomed to primarily processing payments online, please note that cell phone coverage is very limited at our camp. The dining hall will be locked overnight for security and there is no vending permitted outside of the authorized vending area.

The deadline for vendor registration (vending space + conference) is June 30, 2018. Once your registration is complete, we will list you on our website and publish a story featuring your items on our facebook page so you can get some additional exposure!
