Paul Klozik Memorial Scholarship

Mr. Paul Klozik was a beloved physics teacher at MMSTC from 1991-1995. He served in the U.S. Army, fighting in Korea. He was taken prisoner of war and was repatriated seven months later. He had a forty-five-plus year career as a bow-tie wearing science and mathematics educator, teacher, and peer who inspired students and teachers alike, igniting a passion for science in his students.


Eligibility

Full-time high school senior currently enrolled at MMSTC.
Student unweighted grade point average is 3.5 or higher.

Selection Criteria:
Student demonstrates an interest and excitement in the fields of physics/engineering.
Student plans to attend an accredited, nonprofit college, university, or vocational/technical school in the United States and pursue a career in the field of physics and or engineering.

Student will need to complete and approve the terms and conditions set forth as part of the scholarship acceptance form. If the nominee is not over the age of eighteen, the parent/guardian must complete and approve the terms and conditions set forth as part of the scholarship acceptance form.

Application Deadline is April 14th. Winner will be announced at senior dinner.
