This request is valid only for the collection of N°1 MEDIA PASS for Seeds&Chips - The Global Food Innovation Summit. Passes are not transferable. The pass guarantees you the access of Seeds&Chips Exhibition Area and all the sessions from May 6th to May 9th, 2019.
Once the form will be fully completed and submitted, you will receive:
- A Google Forms e-mail confirmation
- An email from our press Office "Close to Media" confirming your request, within a few days.
How to withdraw your ticket:
- When arriving at Fiera Milano (Strada Statale del Sempione, 28 20017 Rho, Milano, Italy), you must go to the Press desk at the Reception of the Pavilion 8-12
- Here you will receive a Media Pass Badge with your name.
Please note, your personal data may be requested again at the Desk.
Please keep in mind that you must fill out the form and submit it online in order to obtain your Media Pass!

Questo form è valido per ottenere N°1 MEDIA PASS che garantisce l'accesso all'area espositiva e a tutte le conferenze di Seeds&Chips - The Global Food Innovation Summit dal 6 al 9 maggio 2019.
Ogni richiesta effettuata dà diritto ad un unico Media pass.
Ogni accredito sarà nominale e non cedibile a terzi.
Una volta compilato il form in tutte le sue parti, entro qualche giorno riceverà:
- Una conferma e-mail di Google Forms
- Una e-mail di conferma da parte del nostro ufficio stampa "Close to Media", di richiesta effettuata dopo qualche giorno.
Come ritirare il proprio biglietto:
- Presentarsi a Fiera Milano (Strada Statale del Sempione, 28 20017 Rho, Milano, Italy) presso il Desk Accredito Stampa all'ingresso di Seeds&Chips, reception dei padiglioni 8-12.
- Qui riceverà un badge Media Pass recante il suo nome e cognome.
Nota bene: potrebbe esserle richiesto di fornire nuovamente i suoi dati.
Si ricordi che solo compilando il form online potrà ottenere un Media Pass!
