NAFC Feis Report
The Feis Report is used by the NAFC for Feis Registration. It is also a tool for the region to measure the region's success. It is the responsibility of the Feis Chairperson to submit the Feis Report as soon as the event is complete.
The information provided in this report is about your FINISHED event, meaning it happened PRIOR to today.

The fields with the red * are required. All others are optional.
You will get an emailed copy of your responses once your submit. You'll also have an option to complete another form or revise. To revise answers at a later date, please go to your emailed response or contact me below if you can't find it. (If more than one is submitted, I will take the last one I received.)

The Feis Report content will be available to your regional representative.
