ADTS Custom Routine Information
Please submit this form to the ADTS office at least 3 weeks prior to your camp. If you are doing multiple custom routines at camp, please complete a separate for each routine. You will also need to email your music to both the office and your instructor. Please send the music at the tempo you wish the instructor to choreograph the routine.

Custom Routine Reminders!
Please keep in mind that there is a 3:00 minute time limit on contest routines. Also keep in mind that customs need to be taught in a 2.5 hour teaching session. Please feel free to include any specific ideas, requests, or ideas so that your instructor know what director you would like the routine to go. If you have any questions, please contact the ADTS office.
