City of Santa Monica Public Art Survey 2017 -- Encuesta de Arte Público de la Ciudad de Santa Mónica 2017
Public art is important to the life of many cities throughout the country, including Santa Monica. That’s why the City of Santa Monica has embarked on a public art master plan to outline a vision and goals for public art in Santa Monica, identify key opportunities for projects and initiatives, and define procedures for decision-making and oversight. The plan is expected to be completed by the spring of 2018.

In only 10 to 15 minutes, you can help shape the future of public art in Santa Monica by answering this brief survey. Your responses will help us to better understand where and how public art can have a strong impact in creating a sense of community pride and civic engagement.

This survey is just one of the ways that you can join the discussion about public art in Santa Monica. For more information about the City of Santa Monica’s Public Art Program, the public art master planning effort, and how to get involved, visit
