Use this form to setup a recurring donation to Trinity Reformed Church that will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. This is a secure and convenient way to faithfully support the ministries of the church. Simply fill out the information below. Recurring donations will appear on your bank statement as an “ACH debit”. All recurring donations will go to Trinity’s general budget fund. Please allow 1-4 weeks for authorizations to begin drafting.
