What does your current fitness routine look like? If you don't have one simply write "N/A". (Example: Yoga 1-2 times a week and a long run once per week.)

I have full access to a gym or fitness center
I do not have access to a gym or fitness center
If you do not have access to a gym/fitness center: Do you currently have the following equipment? Check all that apply.
A set of light dumbbells or kettlebells (5-10lbs)
A heavier set of dumbbells or kettlebells (15-25lbs) *ONE heavy KB would also suffice (30+lbs)
Mini loop resistance bands
A bench or step at least 16-20 inches in height
Access to the outdoors (running/ jogging)
Some type of cardio equipment (treadmill, bike, elliptical, or rower)
How new are you to resistance training?
This will be my first time lifting
I have some experience around lifting and resistance training (less than 1 year)
I have 1 or more years of experience lifting and resistance training
