South Central Kansas Special Education Cooperative offers an early childhood developmental screening which includes the areas of vision, hearing, pre-academic, personal-social development, gross/fine motor skills, and speech/language skills.
Once you fill out this form you will be contacted with a screening time and location.  You will be contacted within 10 days after we receive this request.
