Thank you for going above and beyond to become Google Level 1 certified, this form is to receive test tips/tricks via email.

To earn your OPI certification your test date must be before December 31, 2022. Once you achieve a score of 80% or better you simply fill out the achievement form and your OPI certificate will be shared with you.

Credit notes : In order for step up or trade to be earned you must pay for the test on your own and take it outside of contract hours. Level 1 is $10.00-$15. You will need to fill out approval forms with the district. The credit is 3 OPI hours (the max amount of time for the test).
