The Shepherd is responsible for being the link between Scrum Alliance Coaches Team and the community initiative team. This External Shepherd will work with Scrum Alliance to gather clarity around initiative goals, present completed work, and serve as the point of contact for the initiative team. In addition to this work, the External Shepherd will be responsible for recruiting members of the community initiative team, providing direction and support to volunteers, and ensuring the work the team is doing is providing the most value.
