Select courses for the entire school year. Choose courses carefully, as schedule changes next year are not permitted. Check your registration guide for graduation requirements, course information, and credit for each course you request. Individual course descriptions can be found on our website at https://horizon.adams12.org. Your selections must include English, Math, Social Studies and Science subject areas and total 6 credits per superintendent policy. Music, Yearbook, Newspaper and Student Government students may choose courses to total a maximum of 7 credits.

Using the course listing page, carefully copy the course names and numbers for each course requested on the lines below. Speak with your counselors and teachers about courses appropriate for you. Take your Registration Guide and this form home to discuss your choices with your parents. Bring this completed form, with parent and should be submitted no later than February 24, 2021

TO MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE APPROPRIATE CLASS SIZE AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO SATISFY GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS, STUDENT REQUESTS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CREDITS AS STATED ABOVE. FORMS SUBMITTED WITH MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ALLOWABLE CREDITS WILL BE ADJUSTED BY STAFF. STUDENTS MAY APPLY FOR ADDITIONAL CLASSES ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS FOLLOWING NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION IN AUGUST.
