RSVP Innovator's Toolkit: Managing Projects and the People Who Drive Them
Mission-critical projects often involve a lot of moving pieces and people. Yet, we often forget to clarify roles and workflow for the people involved, leading to ineffective meetings, challenging relationships, dysfunctional partnerships, and leadership failures. This workshop will draw on concepts from human-centered design and organizational management to teach participants how to effectively work with the people responsible for their most important projects.
