2025 HRDO Training - OPEN UP Enrollment Form

Empower yourself with knowledge and skills through UP Diliman's online learning platform!

Launched in September 2020, OPEN UP was initially developed to support employees in overcoming pandemic-related restrictions on training and courses. Now in its fifth year, OPEN UP has evolved into a comprehensive online learning platform for UP Diliman employees.

This form aims to gather the necessary information for profiling participants in each training program, ensuring the organizing team considers all relevant factors to facilitate effective learning and development initiatives. It will collect the following details: Personal Information, Employment Details, Learning and Development Background, Workplace Development and Support, and Course Selection.

To confirm your enrollment for the 9th COHORT (April 28, 2025 - June 27, 2025), please complete this form on or before April 18, 2025, at 5 PM.

(Inilunsad noong Setyembre 2020, ang OPEN UP ay unang binuo upang tulungan ang mga empleyado na malampasan ang mga limitasyong dulot ng pandemya sa pagsasanay at mga kurso. Sa ikalimang taon nito, ang OPEN UP ay naging isang komprehensibong online learning platform para sa mga empleyado ng UP Diliman.

Layunin ng form na ito na makalap ang mga kinakailangang impormasyon para sa pag-profiling ng mga kalahok sa bawat programa ng pagsasanay, upang matiyak na maituturing ng organizing team ang lahat ng mahahalagang salik sa pagbuo ng epektibong mga inisyatibo para sa pagkatuto at pag-unlad. Ang form na ito ay mangangalap ng sumusunod na impormasyon: Personal na Impormasyon, Detalye ng Trabaho, Background sa Pagkatuto at Pag-unlad, Suporta sa Pag-unlad ng Lugar ng Trabaho, at Pagpili ng Kurso.
