Did you recently have a baby? Is your young family new to the Oakfield School District in the last five years?

If you answered "YES" to either of these questions, we'd love to include your child in our school district census directory so that we have correct information. The school census is a state mandated activity. We are in the process of updating our census with all the new families in the district and would like everyone to fill out this form.
