Only team coaches or team managers are required to fill out the team form (1 form per team competing)

Who can be a team coach or manager? Coaches, Parents, Older Siblings or Other Adults that have been SafePlay Approved.
 
COMPLETING THIS GOOGLE FORM WILL SECURE YOUR SPOT IN THE LEAGUE.
YOU WILL THEN BE SENT A TEAM # AND A LINK FOR YOUR TEAM MEMBERS TO REGISTER FROM TARA WILLIAMS.
  • Dates:
    • Team matches begin July 6th through August 3rd
    • Thursdays from 6pm-8pm
  • Location:
    • Cooper Tennis Complex
    • 2331 E Pythian St, Springfield, MO 65802
  • Divisions being offered:
    • 18U Coed Teams - Yellow Ball
    • 14U Coed Teams - Yellow Ball
    • 10U Gender Neutral Teams - Green Ball
  • Registration IS OPEN
    • Each team must register and have a complete team by Monday, July 3rd
    • Each team must have a team coach/captain
    • Registration fee: $45 per player for the 5 weeks of play
  • Team Format:
    • 18U & 14U - Must have a minimum of 4 boys & 4 girls per team
    • 10U - Must have a minimum of 4 players per team
  • Match Format:
    • 18U and 14U - 1 boys singles, 1 girls singles, 1 boys doubles, 1 girls doubles and 1 mixed doubles
    • 10U - 4 singles and 2 doubles
  • Scoring Format:
    • 18U & 14U - 8 game pro set
    • 10U - 1 set to 6
