The City of Boston's Department of Innovation and Technology is undertaking research to make it easier for you and other businesses like yours to do business with the City of Boston. In particular we are focused on improving the experience of using the City’s Supplier Portal.

We are looking to talk with businesses who have done business with the City of Boston or are looking to work with the City in the future. We’d like to speak with a member of your business who has used the City’s Supplier Portal. These interviews will be conducted via computer and will last one hour. Participants will receive an incentive for their participation. We will use the results from these interviews to improve the technology platform and associated processes.
