Laura does her best to tailor her coaching to different personality types, mental wirings, and abilities.

What are your publishing goals? Traditional publishing? Self-publishing? A hybrid model? Do you need help navigating which path you’d like to take?

What are your goals for working with this book or project's content after publication? What is your view on marketing? Is it enjoyable or detestable or somewhere in between?

What does wild success in a coaching relationship look like to you, regardless of whether you eventually become published or not? What would be considered a failure?

Do you belong to a writer’s group? If so, what feedback have you gotten from them on this project and in general?

Have you worked with an editor or another book coach on this project in particular? What was the feedback you received from them? What was your experience working with them?

How do you usually respond to criticism when it is constructive yet candid? Are you open to making changes and hearing such feedback on your book, delivered respectfully?

Are you familiar with meetings over video conferencing? (Laura uses Google Meet which is similar to Zoom.) Have you used Google Drive before, including the comments feature?

If you live in Canada, are you familiar with how to make e-transfers and is this a viable method of payment for you? This is the preferred method of payment for Laura Aliese’s business.

If you live outside of Canada, Laura uses Square to collect payment. This payment processor accepts all major credit cards. Does this work for you?
