Breathwork Session
We are very happy to hear that you would like to join us for a Breathwork Session for your mental wellbeing!

Combining over 15 breathing techniques, this breathwork session has been designed to enhance your mental well being by using your breath as a tool. In this class, you intentionally change your breathing pattern through a carefully curated sequence of breathing exercises which focus on your inhaling and exhaling patterns. Rhythmic breathing exercises practised in the class will enhance your focus and improve your overall brain health by promoting the growth of new neural connections. Deep breathing exercises will help trigger a relaxation response in your body, lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, making you feel calm and relaxed; so it's a Sunday done right!

This session would help you deal with everyday stressors in an urban lifestyle, with experts from Mindhouse Studio. They will be teaching us how we can make simple lifestyle changes, as well as integrate daily rituals to enhance our mental wellbeing!

Yoga mats will be provided to everyone. Please let us know if you would prefer to sit on a chair.
