TERMS & CONDITIONS


ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between 2πr Studios and the client. 

RELEASE OF DIGITAL NEGATIVES: 2πr Studios authorizes the Client to use the images for personal use only. The images may be printed and posted online by the Client. 2πr Studios will retain the exclusive copyright ownership of the images as well as the exclusive rights detailed in the section of this agreement. 

COPYRIGHTS: The photographs produced by 2πr Studios are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without 2πr Photography’s written consent. You DO have permission to copy as many photos as you like for personal use, as well as to post them online.  Commercial use, however, is prohibited.  2πr Studios owns all copyrights for any and all images produced in connection with this agreement, including the right to reproduce or publicly display such images. As author of all images made hereunder and as provided by law, 2πr Photography shall retain the copyrights in perpetuity, regardless of possession or ownership of photographs, digital files, or any other format of reproduction.

EXHIBITION: The client grants 2πr Studios and Living Water Marlins permission to display/publish selected images resulting from this photo shoot for purposes of marketing, stock, media and editorial submissions, advertising and promotion (on the internet and in print), and for entrance into competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from such images.
