Entry Requirements
Because the CELTA course involves teaching learners with a B2/C1 level of English, we can only accept applicants with a C1.2 level of English or higher.

You do not need a certification to prove your English level.

However, we do accept the following as proof of language ability (if they are less than two years old):
- Cambridge C1 Advanced: Grade A or B and no less than 180 in any paper
- Cambridge C2 Proficiency: Grade A, B or C and no less than 180 in any paper
- Cambridge IELTS: Overall band score 7.5 and no less than 7.0 in any skill
- TOEFL iBT: Overall score 105 and no less than 25 in any skill

If you do not possess one of the above certifications, then your English level will be assessed throughout the application process.
