Abstract Submission – 2025 KEOMT Global Conference Lightning Round Presentations and Scientific Posters
We invite researchers to submit abstracts for consideration for our 8-minute Lightning Round Presentations and Scientific Posters.

Abstract Requirements  
  • A structured abstract including the following sections:  Introduction, Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion  
  • Word Limit: Maximum 250 words  
Review & Notification Process
  • Rolling Review: A scientific committee will conduct a rolling review process. Submissions will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis as they are received. 
  • Notification of Acceptance: Authors will receive a general decision (acceptance or rejection) within one week of their submission.  
  • Notification of Presentation Format: Accepted abstracts will be assigned as either a poster or oral lighting round presentation by April 30.
