2019 Artist Garage Sale
The Abbotsford Arts Council is hosting an Artist Garage Sale at Kariton Art Gallery. This is a opportunity for arts to sell their supplies they no longer want or need and for other artist to find second hand items for a great price.

All sales are cash only.

Event Date: Sunday, May 19th 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Set-up: 10:30-11:00am
Take down: 4:00-4:30 pm
Event Location: Kariton Art Gallery front lawn - 2387 Ware St, Abbotsford, BC.

Table fee: $10 for AAC members & $15 for non-members

Requirements of Participation
•Table fee is $10 for members and $15 for non-members and all fees are due upon acceptance.
• Abbotsford Arts Council Membership:
Individual 1 year General Membership: $30; Student: $20; Senior: $20 (age 65 plus)
•All payments must be made upon acceptance into the market. Should payments not be made within one week of acceptance the space will be reallocated.
•Payments may be made by the following methods:
•Credit over the phone (604) 852-9358
•Credit, Debit, Cash, or Cheque in person at the Kariton Art Gallery (2387 Ware St, Abbotsford, BC)
•Cheque via mail to P.O. Box 336, Abbotsford, BC V2T 6Z6
•Table spaces will be assigned at the sole discretion of the AAC. Applications submitted early in the application process may be given priority placement.
•Vendors are responsible for the delivery of their work to the event site and the set-up, take down, and display of their own wares.
•Vendors are required to set up a visually appealing display. Vendors must provide their own display stands.
•Vendors must comply with specified set-up and take down times and be in attendance throughout the entire duration of the market. Spaces must be attended at all times by the vendor or someone designated by the vendor. The AAC and its partners are not responsible for any broken, lost, or stolen merchandise.
•The AAC will not take a sales commission from artists nor have any role in the selling or handling of wares.
• All garbage must be removed by the vendor during and after the market. Vendors must clean up their space once the market has ended.
• The market will operate in all conditions, and as such, vendors should be prepared to protect themselves and their displays from all weather conditions.
• No merchandise will be stored before or after the event.
