With that being said, please fill out the below form if you are interested in being a vendor for the upcoming A Big Gay Market 🌈 Summer Sapphic Pop Up @ Common Roots (9 Quackenbush Square) in Albany on Friday, July 18th from 6PM - 10PM.

This pop up market will be the premiere night event for Golden Crown Literary Society's 2025 Annual Conference located in Albany this year. The Golden Crown Literary Society is a nonprofit organization supporting an international community of readers, writers, publishers, editors, audiobook narrators, and fans devoted to increasing the diversity, accessibility, quality, and visibility of sapphic and women-loving-women literature. They will be the beneficiary of this curated market and will welcome over 200 of their attendees to this market!

This market will be INDOORS with a 15 vendor cap.

🚨 A Big Gay Summer Sapphic Pop Up Market Application Process🚨

🌈 Apply For Market - We are only able to accept 15 vendors in this space each with a single 4ft table. Please fill out all the information in the form below so we can ensure we have equal representation across our vendors! Deadline to apply will be 5/15 with no exceptions.

🌈 Notified of Acceptance or Waitlist - You will be notified if you were accepted or waitlisted for this market on 5/16. Accepted vendors will be sent the sliding scale vendor fee form to secure their spot. Accepted vendors must pay for their spot within 5 business days of receipt or we will give their spot to a waitlist vendor. Waitlisted vendors will know if they were moved up the waitlist by 5/21.
