Registration for: WAYS Yoga and Mindfulness Group for Adults
Participants will learn basic mindfulness and yoga techniques to promote stress reduction.
Sessions will be facilitated over Zoom, by WAYS clinical intern and certified mindfulness and
yoga instructor. Flows will be gentle and restorative. This series is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
