Room Request
Use this form to request a room rental. Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis, however rooms are not confirmed until the rental fee is paid. Confirmed rooms can not be bumped for other events or rentals.

The Community Room
Room Occupancy:
Chairs only: 125
Tables and Chairs: 80
Rent : $35 per event per Weekday
$45 per event per Weekend

The Kinzel Board Room
Room Occupancy: 6-12 comfortably
Rent: $25 per event per day

The 1903 Room
Room Occupancy: 1-6 people
Rent : Free
Only non-profits and study/tutoring groups may rent this room.
This room does not open until 10:00 am. No special permission will be given for early admittance. Like the children’s department, this room closes 30 minutes before the rest of the library.

On Saturdays, we will not open until 10am and we will be closing at 4pm. You must be cleaned up by 3:30 at the latest.

You can check out our events Calendar at Rooms booked are noted as Private Events. We can book more than one event in a day in the same room, but event times, set up, and clean up times can not overlap.

If your preferred date and time are not available at the time of booking, a staff member will contact you about alternative dates.

Your preferred time is the time for your event. Set Up and Clean Up times are separate questions.

The rooms may only be booked at times the library is open.
