  • Oyster reserves the right to reasonably deny, in its sole discretion, any travel request where such travel could create a significant business or legal risk for Oyster.
  • Oyster may withdraw any consent before or during your work outside your country of residence if you have provided false or misleading information, or which if known, would have resulted in a refusal of your request.
  • You will immediately notify Oyster of any change in circumstances which may affect your employment with Oyster, social security status in your country of residence or continued service to Oyster’s customers.
  • Providing false or misleading information with respect to your request to work outside of your country of residence or a failure to return to your country of residence on or before the date provided above without the express consent of Oyster will be grounds for immediate discipline, up to and including termination of employment.
  • If requested, you will fully cooperate with answering any additional questions or providing any information or proof, including filling out additional forms, that may be necessary to facilitate remote work from an international destination.
  • This form will be filed in your personnel file.
