Request Reduced Rates 2025-2026
This form is for SDUSD scholars seeking reduced exam fees for optional exams such as Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, ACT, SAT, etc.  

These are "optional" exams, meaning, not required for graduation but many students choose to take them for college entrance, college credit, or other needs.  

Testing companies require schools confirm eligibility annually and this form includes all the eligibility requirements to make the process a little easier.  This information is seen by the very few district staff in order to process your request.  Site coordinators will only be told yes/no for qualification to ensure the student's confidentiality.
