Dear Seventh Grade Students and Families,

From Wednesday May 14 to Friday May 16, the 7th graders will be taking our annual three-day trip to Camp MacLean in Burlington, Wisconsin. The purpose of the Camp MacLean trip is to provide our students with an outdoor education experience that promotes both team building and independence. It is our goal that all seventh grade students attend this important trip.

The cost of this year's trip is $195 per student. Make payment of $195.00 HERE (or families can pay via cash or check in the main office. Payment and form completion should happen together.)

Parents/guardians MUST complete both portions of this form for your student to be able to attend this field trip. It's also important that you submit all of the paperwork needed in the case that your student takes medication on the trip, including any over-the-counter medications. We cannot provide students with any medication without physician permission.
