The Massachusetts Renaissance Faire is excited to announce that we will continue to operate for two weekends this year at Cummington Fairgrounds in Cummington, MA!

- July 25th and 26th
- August 1st and 2nd (Sunday the 2nd will be Pet Day!)

Vendors must check-in between 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Friday, July 24th and Friday, July 31st.
Vendors are expected to be open from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. each day

Prices will increase by $20 per lot after March 31. The final registration deadline is June 21.
Returning vendors will receive priority application acceptance until Jan. 31.Ā 
We will send out our first round of acceptance letters in early February.

1. Tent (15x15 feet): $290 for first lot. Each subsequent lot is $100.
2. Craft Barn (10x12-foot) (locks at 7 p.m. on Saturday nights): $400. Each subsequent lot is $300
3. Individual roll-down booths with lockable doors (10x12-foot): $450.

š‘š€š“š„ š…šŽš‘ šŽšš„ š–š„š„šŠš„ššƒ:
1. Tent (15x15 feet): $160 for first lot. Each subsequent lot is $60.
2. Craft Barn (10x12-foot) (locks at 7 p.m. on Saturday nights): $220. Each subsequent lot is $210
3. Individual roll-down booths with lockable doors (10x12-foot): $245.

The Town of Cummington requires that each VENDOR purchase a permit to sell in the town. The cost of this permit is $20 and is included with the above booth fee. This permit is good for an entire year. Your permit will be given to you with your check-in information.

VENDORS that cannot provide proof of their own insurance will need to be covered by MARKET insurance for a fee of $50 for one weekend and $75 for both weekends. You must opt into MARKET insurance by June 30th if you cannot provide your own proof of insurance before then.

- The registration price includes the admission fee for up to 2 people. Each additional vendor in your group must pay the regular admission fee for the weekend.
- Registration includes a tent camping space on the grounds or at nearby Tolgy Wood: Chesterfield Camp. Vendors may also sleep in their vending tent.
- On-site RV camping spaces (with water and electric hookups, though no sewage) are available for an additional $100 fee (per weekend).
