Thank you for your interest in covering Passion Fest, a Christian music and community festival taking place on October 11, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Separate Applications Required

If you are applying for both photography and videography credentials, you must submit two (2) separate media pass applications—one for photography and one for videography. Approval for one does not guarantee approval for the other.

Individual Applications Only

Each media credential is issued to an individual person, not a team or company.

If you are part of a media team or production crew, every team member must submit their own application to be considered for credentials.

Application Review

All applications are subject to review and approval by the Passion Fest Media Team. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or event access.

Credential Use

Approved media passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the application.
