The Gender and Sexuality Campus Center (GSCC) reservable spaces are intended for non-instructional use by the GSCC, Registered Student Organizations, and UW departments/units that align with the mission of the GSCC. Non-UW Madison reservations will not be accepted. During the Academic Year, the GSCC Conference Room and Quiet Room are reservable from 9am to 5pm Monday and Friday and from 9am to 7pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

**Please also note that reservations can only be made 15 minutes after opening and 15 min before closing time to give our staff sufficient time to open and close the space.**

Reservations should be placed at least 1 week (7 days) in advance. Be sure to include set-up and break-down time in your reservation request. Expect 3-5 business days for processing and a reply.

Please do not submit last minute room reservations for events. If you would like to inquire about a same day reservation for a meeting with no special accommodations, please contact the GSCC professional staff. There is no guarantee space will be available.
