1 hour between 1:00 and 4:00 - Table set-up

Thursday, May 2

7:50-9:10 a.m. - Project registration (assist students as they type in their project info)

2:20-3:40 p.m. - Project registration (assist students as they type in their project info)

Friday, May 3

I CAN ASSIST ALL DAY ON FRIDAY, MAY 3 - please assign me to any helpful tasks

8:45 a.m.-2:45 p.m. - Retrieve students from classrooms to meet with judges

9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. - Science Fair Judge (some science/engineering background or interest preferred)

5:30-6:00 p.m. - Evening Celebration Set up

6:00-7:30 p.m. - Evening Celebration coordination/assistance

6:15-6:45 p.m. - Emcee/Announce awards

6:15-7:30 p.m. - Hand out awards

7:30-8:00 p.m. - Evening Celebration clean-up

Monday, May 6

8:00-10:00 a.m. - Facilitate project return to students

8:00-10:00 a.m. - Distribute remaining ribbons to teachers

Thursday, May 17

9:00 a.m. - noon - Distribute t-shirts
