Join Us for a Spine-Chilling Adventure! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this year's Warwa Woods Walkthrough Experience the scariest yet! Whether you love to scare, build, decorate, or assist with event implementation, we have a place for you.

Event Dates and Commitment:

Thursday, October 24th: 6 PM - 9 PM (Supper at 5 PM)
Friday, October 25th: 5 PM - Midnight (Supper from 7:30 - 8 PM)
Saturday, October 26th: 5 PM - Midnight (Supper from 7:30 - 8 PM)
Sunday, October 27th: Site clean-up and take-down

Volunteers are welcome to stay on-site overnight with food and accommodation provided.

Can't commit to all dates? No problem! Please let us know your availability and we would love your help!

Roles Needed:

Scare Squad: Bring the fright to life and scare our guests in various roles.
Construction Crew: Help build and set up the haunted paths and scenes.
Decorating Demons: Transform the camp into a spine-tingling environment.
Event Overlords: Assist with logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly.

I agree to make myself available for the selected shifts and fulfill the obligations for being a volunteer with the Warwa Woods Event.

I agree to comply with and honour the Code of Ethics of the Warwa Woods Eventas stated below.

I voluntarily and freely assume all risks of loss, damage, injury or death that I may sustain as a result of my participation in the Warwa Woods . I release and discharge Camp Warwa, its employees and volunteers from any claim or action I have in respect to my participation in the Warwa Woods.
