DTU PD 2026 Equity Complaints Form

If you have an equity-related concern at DTU PD 2026, please fill in this form. You are also welcome to contact the EC on WhatsApp, in person or through a POC.

Equity complaints are fully confidential, and we will not take any action that you don't consent to. For the sake of privacy, this form will only be accessible to the Equity Panel of the tournament and will be deleted after the tournament is over and all Equity issues are resolved.

If you leave the optional columns blank, the complaint will be registered as an informal complaint and proceeded with accordingly as described in the Equity Policy.

You can choose to remain anonymous in the form response, however that limits our ability to help you - we wouldn't be able to contact you.
