Before you fill out a "Get Listed" request ...

Animal Help Now lists individuals, businesses, organizations and agencies that assist with wildlife emergencies anywhere in the United States. This includes wildlife rehabilitators (home- and center-based), wildlife transporters, wildlife rescues, wildlife hotlines, veterinarians who treat wildlife, as well as municipal animal control and state wildlife agencies that assist with wildlife emergencies.

To request that your wildlife care–related service be listed, start by completing the three simple steps below.

    Step 1: Determine if your service is already listed on AHNow.

    Even if you are fairly certain that you are not yet listed, this step is required. 1. On a desktop or laptop computer, open a browser such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox, and go to 2. Ensure the address displayed in the text box to the right of YOU ARE HERE (see image below) accurately reflects your primary animal-service location. Make changes to the address displayed, as needed. Important Notes: -If your service is associated with a physical location, your listing will not appear if you are not physically located near your primary service address at the time of your AHNow search. -If your service is not associated with a physical location, your listing will appear farther down in the search results, depending on your physical location at the time of your search.

    3. Click on Wildlife Emergency. 4. A WARNING message will appear. Read warning and click on the OK button to continue. 6. Look for your profile in the search results. Be sure to check both “Top Results” and “Additional Results.” Note: If the time of day and/or day of week of the search is outside your available hours, your profile will read "Unavailable." If your service is listed, please review your profile for accuracy. If changes are needed, send an email to specifying the phone number associated with your listing and the changes required. If your service is not listed, click Continue to fill out a request for listing.
