Digital Humanities 101 Workshop for RCSC 2019
Help us help you! At our 2019 conference we will be hosting a workshop on the digital humanities. We are attempting to make it as inclusive as possible, from graduate students to established scholars, and will offer a basic introduction to the digital humanities. Our hope is that it will stimulate conversation about how we might be able to use DH for our research. The workshop will open with a talk by Vanessa Wilkie, curator of medieval manuscripts and British History at the Huntington Library and Gardens, who will speak about The Huntington's rich Renaissance holdings, new directions in collecting, and digital endeavors. Following her talk, we will have an hour-long workshop.
To create a useful and thought-provoking workshop, we are asking for your input on its programing. What would you like the workshop to address?
