We believe in helping children establish godly habits. To that end, Faith Baptist Church will offer up to $150 towards a Christian Camp
 for students or children who regularly attend Faith Baptist Church and complete the Camp Scholarship requirements between February 2rd and April 26th.

To participate, we ask parents to fill out this submission form and both parents and students agree to this covenant.  Thank you!
