Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Page County Heritage Festival. Please read the Vendors Rules and Regulations before completing this application. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee a space at the Heritage Festival. You will be notified of your application status. You have 30 days to submit payment for your booth after we have acknowledged receipt of your application. Space will NOT be guaranteed until payment is received. NO refunds for cancellation after August 1st.

In addition, the applicant(s) does/do expressly release the Page County Heritage Association, Inc., the Page Valley Fair Association, their agents, employees and volunteers from all liability, damage, or loss to persons or property. If accepted, we understand the enclosed deposit shall not be refunded in the event that I/we do not attend or if all or part of the festival is cancelled due to fire, calamity, or any other act of God, public enemy, strikes, statutes, ordinances, or any legal authority or any cause beyond the control of the Page County Heritage Association, Inc. I/We hereby agree to the enforcement of all rules and regulations of the festival as set forth in this application. *
