ALTERNATIVE ENVIRONMENTS OPEN CALL Exhibition Agreement form
I hereby release to Waterfall Arts the rights to display my artwork to be displayed in the gallery, corridors or halls of Waterfall Arts in Belfast ME for the exhibition ALTERNATIVE ENVIRONMENTS, on display from April 5 - May 10.

IMPORTANT DATES:
Drop off: March 26-29, 10:00-5PM
Opening Reception: April 5, 5:00-7:00PM
Exhibition Dates: April 5 - May 10
Pick up: May 15-17, 10:00-5:00PM

Bring your work—one piece per artist, please—to Waterfall Arts March 26-29, Tuesday - Friday, between 10:00AM and 5:00PM. Friday, March 29 is the deadline for dropping off work. This is a non-juried exhibition. 2-D and 3-D work is acceptable. Please, all work MUST be ready to hang, with proper, reliable hanging devices securely attached. Framed and matted work is best. We cannot include work that requires magnets, pushpins, or nails instead of conventional hanging devices. If desired, protective packaging will be stored for you for the duration of the show.

I understand that Waterfall Arts agents take every reasonable precaution to protect and secure the artwork on exhibition, including maintaining property insurance that includes such artwork. I also hereby release any and all claims against Waterfall Arts, its Directors, employees, and agents for damages and/or loss regarding my artwork.

I understand that should the piece(s) listed below be sold during this exhibit, Waterfall Arts will divide the proceeds of the sale(s) as follows: 60% to the artist, 40% to Waterfall Arts. Pieces not for sale shall be designated NFS.
