Justice Through Code Mentorship Program
Welcome to the Justice Through Code (JTC) advising, mentorship, and volunteer application! We are excited about your interest in supporting the JTC community!

In addition to our advising and mentorship program, there are other ongoing opportunities for engagement including leading workshops on areas of specialization within tech, and more. Justice Through Code is a virtual program, with all engagement occurring remotely.

Details on the mentorship program
> The JTC mentorship program is a 2.5 month commitment starting in December 2023

> Mentors support mentees in further developing their technical skill set as they continue to build out their project portfolio and focus on technical interview prep
>Mentors agree to engage with our weekly chatbot so we can provide the necessary support and resources for you and your mentee throughout the program
> Mentors attend monthly community meetings to check-in with the JTC instructional team
