[WiML Workshop 2023] Participation Form
The 18th Women and Machine Learning (WiML 2023) Workshop will be co-located with NeurIPS in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. The NeurIPS affinity workshop for WiML will be held in-person on Monday, December 11th, 2023.
 
Thank you for your interest in participating in the WiML Workshop this year! This form notifies us of your interest in attending the WiML Workshop, and will provide you with participant access to the workshop components. You will be emailed a copy of your responses, along with an edit link that you can use to update your responses until the form closes.

In addition, you will find in this form:

- Link to submit your resume for the WiML@NeurIPS 2023 Resume/CV Book

IMPORTANT NOTE: This form does not constitute registration for the WiML Workshop. To attend the workshop, you must be registered for NeurIPS (https://neurips.cc/Register). To access our in-person event, please choose either the “Workshops” or “Conference” options in NeurIPS registration.

Please note that for travel funding recipients, WiML will only reimburse the “Workshops” registration fee (not the “Conference” registration). This workshops registration fee would be part of the travel budget we provided.

Please fill out this participation form (and volunteer application) if you plan to attend in-person. WiML 2023 will not have remote presenters, but the virtual attendees will have access to the livestream of our in-person event. NeurIPS 2023 supports free virtual access for affinity workshops. Zoom links will be public, and the affinity workshop pages will be publicly accessible (independent of conference registration).

Data usage and sharing:  
- You will be asked if you allow WiML to aggregate and anonymize your responses for use in WiML reports and publicity materials.
- You will be asked if you consent specific information being shared with WiML sponsors.
